I love this video so much... makes me giggle every. single. time. 
You see, River has always been envious of Taysen's wheels.  He has even said before how he wishes he couldn't walk, so that he could have a scooter of his very own.  (we had a tallk about that away from Taysen)  He is always hitching rides on the back and begs to drive it himself.  While we let him play around in the manual chair, that wasn't enough for our little speedster.  I promised him that he could drive Taysen's scooter when his new one came.  He looked forward to this for a long time, and finally he was allowed to go for a spin!  We waited until Taysen was at school, ( 2 kids in powerchars??  no thanks)    He had a big grin on his face the whole day.
