Taysen had a sleep study to check bipap settings on Sunday night in Bellevue. TJ had Monday off for the holiday so he was able to drive us down there thankfully.
Taysen woke up with a really congested nose on Sunday, but no other symptoms. I decided not to reschedule since it takes months to get in, and it was too soon to tell if he was coming down with a cold or not. I hope that doesn't affect the results too much.... he was stuffy for a few days, but no coughing.
(cell phone picture) little sweetheart never complains about all that stuff stuck to his head and body. (please note Jackson on the bed :) He makes himself at home anywhere and really puts Taye at ease knowing "the furry beast" is there. (one of Taysen's nicknames for him -lol!) Next time we see the pulmo we will go over the results, but hopefully nothing has changed.
The snow is turning to slush but they sure did have a blast playing in it. (some more sledding pictures....)

Taysen is our 7 year old ray of sunshine living with Spinal Muscular Atrophy type 2. He has a spunk and zest for life like no other and inspires everyone he meets. He has a huge imagination and a great sense of humor...he feels it is his purpose to make people laugh. Taysen loves to drive his powerchair at speed 5, watch movies, play with his toy animals and eat junk food.
River is our 5 year old little sweetheart. He has a sensitive soul, patient and protective of his brother. He is a huge blessing to our family, always ready to give and recieve a hug. He is sometimes called "Running River" as he is always on the go! River likes to play outside where he swings, climbs and gets dirty. He loves books, watching "The Berenstain Bears", and cookies & hot chocolate

look at the smiles on their faces.
